CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation:
If the writing communication of cancellation doesn’t arrive in the quoted therms in the booking confirmation ( voucher ), that is to say 7 days before the first night, the customer engages to pay as penalty the entire amount. Therefore the customer authorizes B&B SAXA RUBRA ROMA to debit on his own credit card the above described amount.

In case of no presentation ( no show ):
If no communication of cancellation reaches to B&B SAXA RUBRA ROMA with consequent no presentation at the B&B for the guest’s part, this engages to pay as penalty the share equal to the cost of the entire stay.

Therefore the customer authorizes B&B SAXA RUBRA ROMA to debit on his own credit card the above described amount.
